Cross to the other side and APMC Vashi is already moving produce by the truckload, Kalamboli is moving steel, and the container freight stations at Dronagiri are turning around boxes from JNPT all day.

Most of these businesses run on the same stack: Tally for accounts, Excel for everything else, WhatsApp to hold it together. It works at one scale.
